Welcome to EnterpriseLaw. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the legal services, infoproducts and physical goods offered at enterpriselawco.com.

1. Introduction

By placing an order or accessing any materials, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Engagement

EnterpriseLaw provides professional legal services aimed at corporate clients, as well as educational materials and select tangible items. Specific offerings include enterprise solutions, digital courses and printed resources.

2.1 Enterprise Services

Services include advisory, document preparation and representation. Details are set out in the individual engagement letter.

2.2 Infoproducts

Digital courses and materials delivered via download or streaming. Access will be granted upon confirmation of order.

2.3 Physical Goods

Printed manuals or guides. Shipping details as per order confirmation.

3. Orders and Fees

All fees are listed on the site. Payment is due upon placement of order. EnterpriseLaw reserves the right to suspend delivery until full payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for client satisfaction. Refunds are handled as follows:

4.1 Enterprise Services

If you wish to cancel a service order, you must notify us at least 48 hours before commencement. Cancellations after work has begun are not eligible for a refund due to time invested by our team. Unused prepaid fees may, at our sole discretion, be credited toward future services.

4.2 Infoproducts

Digital materials may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase if no download or access has occurred. To request a refund, submit your request via the contact form within the period. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment source within 15 days of approval.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned in their original condition within 14 calendar days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued after inspection, typically within 15 days.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments for services may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours prior. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnterpriseLaw’s liability for any claim arising from or relating to services or goods is limited to the fees paid for the specific order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
